- Light propagation and magnon-photon coupling in optically dispersive magnetic media:
Dispersive magneto-optical effect is considered, and EM field is quantised phenomenologically. Magnetisation precession is written in terms of a magnon, which is coupled with photons. The coupling strength is enhanced at the epsilon near zero frequency. Previous, related work by the same authors available here - Emergence of Floquet edge states in the coupled Su-Schrieffer-Heeger model:
SSH bi-chains would be a good starting point before studying bilayer graphene etc. because of its simplicity ⛓ Applying periodic drive to have edge states!
